Our Speak Up model trains worker champions to flag safety concerns and resolve them with factories and unions—some cases reaching national agendas. Partnering with Better Factories Cambodia and leading brands, we helped turn those efforts into new road safety standards now adopted across dozens of factories.

From Dialogue to Delivery: Building Regional Action

Across the Asia Pacific, powered two- and three-wheelers account form a major share of road traffic fatalities, making regional coordination essential to safety. Through our SHAP and Heads Up! initiatives, we bring together government delegations to build national roadmaps and support partners in implementing localized campaigns—turning regional momentum into concrete, on-the-ground progress.

Scaling Safe School Zones From Policy to Pilot in Vietnam

In Vietnam, our work to improve school commutes has grown into national policy. Our Safe School Zones approach—combining infrastructure, speed management, education, and policy—helped mandate school zone safety reviews nationwide. Thousands of schools have been upgraded, backed by millions in co-investment from government partners and the World Bank—proof that proven practice can scale into lasting, government-backed systems.
