As the 2017-2018 school year came to a close, our pedestrian safety program Walk Wise successfully completed its year-end review of two of our program schools. Nanba No. 2 Primary School and Kunchi Vocational Middle School were both reviewed against a variety of criteria in order to measure their progress over the past year. This included knowledge tests of participating students, stakeholder meetings with teachers, students, and parents, and a final county-level stakeholder meeting coordinated by the Xuanhan Natural Gas Office. Feedback from the schools and community stakeholders will help us improve next year’s road safety classes and build capacity for stakeholders.
