Helmet wearing rates at Vorsar Primary School in Kampong Speu Province, Cambodia have risen rapidly from zero to over 90 percent since The UPS Foundation donated helmets to more than 600 students in January 2013. To maintain to increase, AIP Foundation has followed-up with the school to engage parents in road safety activities.

On June 27, more than 30 parents joined a workshop focused on the benefits of correct helmet use and on parents’ roles to ensure that their children wear helmets every day. The parents pledged to put helmets on their children when they ride as passengers on motorcycles.
