QUANG BINH Province, Vietnam - October 1, 2015

Today, the first top off ceremony in the series of Johnson and Johnson sponsored Helmets for Kids Vietnam 2015 top off ceremonies took place at No.1 Hong Thuy primary school in Quang Binh province. With more than 380 participants, 85 new helmets were given to the school’s first grade students. Representatives of the Quang Binh Department of Education and Training, Le Thuy Traffic Safety Committee, Le Thuy Department of Education and Training, Le Thuy traffic police, and students’ parents attended the event. A representative of the Quang Binh Department of Education and Training demonstrated the 3 steps of wearing helmets to the first grade students on stage and also reminded student to always wear their helmet properly.
