HANOI, Vietnam – August 15, 2025

AIP Foundation and Ford continue their long-standing partnership of over 17 years to improve road safety in Vietnam through Ford’s Driving Skills for Life (DSFL)program. Over the years, DSFL has equipped thousands of drivers across the country with critical knowledge and safe driving practices, reinforcing both organizations’ shared commitment to safer roads.

Marking its 30th anniversary in Vietnam, Ford has launched “Building Together,” a new global social responsibility initiative. This initiative was launched during the 30th anniversary celebrations of Ford Vietnam, which were attended by Na Huong Hoang, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of AIP Foundation, Phong Le, Country Manager for Vietnam at AIP Foundation, and Thuy Anh Hoang, Program Coordinator at AIP Foundation. Vietnam is the first market outside North America to implement this program, which brings together Ford Philanthropy, Ford, and its dealership network to support local communities.

Through Building Together, Ford Vietnam is encouraging collaboration with Ford owner clubs, nonprofit organizations, and volunteers, ensuring that collective efforts lead to meaningful and sustainable community impact.

“In Vietnam, we are partnering with AIP Foundation, a community organisation active since 1999, to implement safety education programmes and support communities in enhancing disaster preparedness and response capabilities. We will also provide scholarships through the Ford Automotive Technician Programme, training the next generation of skilled technicians,” said Mary Culler, President of Ford Philanthropy.

This milestone not only highlights Ford’s dedication to Vietnam but also underscores the power of partnerships in driving positive change for safer and stronger communities.
