BEIJING, China - September 20, 2018

From September 17-20 2018, Legal Development Program members and AIP Foundation attended the Bloomberg Initiative for Global Road Safety (BIGRS) workshop “Improving Road Safety Legislation” in Beijing.

Throughout the four-day workshop, which focused on “Safe Systems Approach,” participants worked in groups to identify in-country opportunities for long term capacity building and to develop action steps for 2019. Additionally, LDP gave a presentation on its work and achievements at the workshop.

LDP Thailand is a collaboration between the AIP Foundation and the World Health Organization aiming to reduce road crash injuries and fatalities through legislative improvement, supported by the Bloomberg Initiative for Global Road Safety (BIGRS).
