KANDAL Province, Cambodia - MAy 30, 2014

On 30 May 2014, to celebrate International Children’s Day, AIP Foundation with support from UPS Foundation donated 913 helmets to first grade students at three primary schools in Kandal Province. The helmets have been donated under the Helmets for Kids program and aim to protect children from head injuries when they are riding as a passenger on a motorcycle or on a bicycle.

Since 2012, AIP Foundation has worked together with The UPS Foundation at three schools in Kandal and Kampong Speu Provinces to donate helmets and provide road safety education to students and teachers. 2,760 students in Cambodia received helmets last school year under the Helmets for Kids program sponsored by The UPS Foundation.
