SONGKLA Province - August 15, 2016

Dr. Rodjana Khoonpoon, a member of the engineering faculty at Rajmangala University of Technology, and her team met with AIP Foundation staff to prepare for their work on the Street Wise final report. The group will use AIP Foundation’s monitoring and evaluation tools to gather information on helmet use rates, administer focus groups, and conduct in-depth interviews with six target schools’ boards in Songkhla Province.

Street Wise, which is supported by Chevron, launched in 2014 and helped raise student helmet-wearing rates in the Singhanakorn District of Songkhla Province from 3% to 33% in its first year. The new report will be released in October 2016.
