AIP Foundation, in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO), the Bloomberg Initiative for Global Road Safety (BIGRS), and the Global Health Advocacy Incubator (GHAI), organized a workshop for Legal Development Program (LDP) members that focused on improving road safety legislation in Thailand.

In addition to a special presentation by road safety expert and Assistant Professor Dr. Taweesak Taekratok on the draft Thailand Road Safety Master Plan 2017-2020, each of the participants provided updates on their progress with policy and legislative advocacy for speed management and public transport safety. They also discussed work plans for 2018 and preparations for the upcoming Road Safety Workshop on Improving Road Safety Legislation, which will be held in Geneva later this year.
