AIP Foundation is seeking a full-time Communications Specialist based in Ho Chi Minh City to provide strong communications support during a busy and important period for the organization. This role will support the delivery of priority communications products and platforms, including the launch of AIP Foundation’s new website, the production and launch of the Impact Report, the implementation of the organization’s new branding, and ongoing communications requests across programs and departments. The Communications Specialist will work closely with the Communications Manager and/or designated supervisor, the CEO, internal teams, external consultants, designers, developers,volunteers, and other relevant stakeholders. The role requires excellent English writing and editing skills, strong coordination capacity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under time-sensitive deadlines. The successful candidate will be expected to take initiative, coordinate effectively across teams, and help ensure that AIP Foundation’s communications materials are accurate, engaging, timely, and consistent with internal guidelines and donor/partner requirements.
