AIP Foundation teamed up with Happy Xuanhan Education-aid Alliance, a local education nonprofit, to bring road safety education to Huazhu Primary School, a remote village school located in the Sichuan Province of China. Due to the location and poor economic situation in the community, there is only one teacher responsible for the school’s 13 students that range in age from kindergarten to first grade. As part of the day’s activities, the students were each given a yellow Walk Wise baseball cap and participated in road safety interactive games.

The mission of the Happy Xuanhan Education-aid Alliance is to promote greater access to resources for remote schools, including educational resources, food, and warm clothing. Through the initiative, each student is given a set of warm clothes for the winter, a pair of shoes, and study materials for school.
